WHAT IS Shop by VOICE?

Imagine allowing your customers to simply speak to their device while on your website – “I’m looking for a red cocktail dress.” Our learned technology will respond with logical questions to narrow their results: “Are you interested in long, mid or short length dresses?” The system will direct users to refined results on a product detail level and through checkout. THE LOGIC BEHIND SHOP BY VOICE

Machine learning has come a long way over the last couple of years.  The biggest hurdle has been to produce methods that are applicable to reasoning and natural language – to build intelligent logic and dialog capable of conversation and to logically follow the logic of communication.  Shop by VOICE has done extensive work to solve that problem… Let’s say a shopper has added three items to their cart and one in their wish list.  They then proceeded to remove item 1 and item 2 from their shopping cart and moved their wish list item to their shopping cart.  They’ve done all this using the Shop by VOICE application. We trained the model based on your customer data, customer dictionary, and customer domain area. We then utilized signal analysis to achieve voice activity detection and differentiate noise from speech to deliver an ever-more-customized, ever-more-relevant, and ever-more-convenient shopping experience.

THE PROCESS

STEP ONE. User gives input into the system. It can be speech or text in natural language format

STEP TWO. System understands user input in human format and extracts information from user requests like category: shoes, type of shoes: sport running shoes, etc. Shop by VOICE tracks the user’s personal info and builds a user profile. It can automatically discover the user’s requested size, gender and age with only one question.

STEP THREE. Shop by VOICE is smart. It asks relevant questions based on the current result set, user behavior and system analytics. This allows the system to find the desired product in a minimum number of steps. We are using deep learning to deliver the best results.

STEP FOUR.Shop by VOICE is not limited to just the search refinement process. It gives the user the ability to manipulate their experience using both voice and chat. Shop by VOICE allows the user to refine their list of products, add them to cart, go through the checkout process and much more – the user can perform any action available in the ecommerce shop using natural speech.

STEP FIVE. Shop by VOICE can be integrated with any ecommerce platform and with that platform’s current features – recommendation system, ratings and reviews, user account info, personalization, etc.
